The 'WAP'singer – who has publicly endorsed Joe Biden – was seen shaking her head as the results rolled in.
“How these elections got me watching these states turn red,” she wrote on Instagram alongside the short clip.
Earlier she told how she had got up at 5am to vote after growing tired of “getting upset every single time” she sees the president.
She also urged her fans to head to the polls in a video shared on Monday night in order to “make a change”.
“Tomorrow is the deadline,” she said.
“If you know me, you know I hate waking up early. But I’m gonna wake up extremely early so I don’t get caught in them lines."
Concluding the video, she said: “I’m tired of getting upset every single time that I see that man talk. It’s like, ‘Are you f***ing serious?'”
Cardi originally endorsed Bernie Sanders but switched to Biden after the Vermont senator dropped out of the race.
Since then she has become embroiled in an ongoing Twitter war with one of the Trump's biggest supporters.
Candace Owens regularly engages in public feuds with high-profile figures, and was told by Cardi B in September: "You’re getting pimped out by white men."
However, the 31 year old author has boasted she actually enjoys her war of words with the rapper.
"I love every second of this feud,” Owens told The New York Post. "I was playing chess and she was playing checkers."
The pair fell out when Cardi interviewed Joe Biden and told the Democratic nominee what changes she wanted to happen in the country.
Owens claimed that Biden thinks "black people are stupid" and likened his interview with Cardi B to Trump being interviewed by Justin Bieber.
In second tweet, the Republican had another dig at the rapper, saying: "Never listen to a millionaire that made it here in America, but trashes our country.
"These Hollywood idols are frauds, leading sheep down paths they never took when they discovered success."
Cardi, 27, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, hit back in a video in which she said Biden spoke to her because of herwide-ranging influence.
"It's not a secret I use my platform to encourage people to vote," she added.
