The long arm of the law may also have sticky fingers.

An off-duty NYPD sergeant was suspended from her job after she was allegedly caught stealing clothes from Macy’s, police sources said.

Sgt. Eva Pena, 41, was arrested at the chain’s store in Yonkers around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday after she was seen on store surveillance placing six pieces of clothing into her purse, the sources said.

Pena — a cop in Bronx public housing who made $107,809 in 2018 according to the non-profit Empire Center– then allegedly tried to walk out of the store without paying. She was stopped before she could leave and held for police.

Yonkers Police Department officers arrested her on charges of petit larceny.
