Cops hunt man after girl, 12, sexually assaulted at Sutton shopping centre | The Sun

COPS have launched an appeal for information as they hunt a man after a girl, 12, was reportedly sexually assaulted at a shopping centre.

The Metropolitan Police have released an image of the man they are seeking in connection with the alleged attack in Sutton, South London.

They said that the girl was approached at around 4.15 pm on February 25 by an unknown man, who then groped her multiple times.

The alleged victim is receiving support from specialist officers, the force confirmed.

Investigators said that the suspect was described as being of average build with a brown beard and moustache.

They added that he was estimated to be in his late 20s to early 30s and was described as wearing a flat cap, black coat and grey tracksuit trousers.
