Yellowstone fans were left reeling at the end of season three when four major characters were left in mortal danger. One of them was Jimmy Hurdstram (played by Jefferson White) – but has his exit been sealed? Here’s everything revealed so far about his future on the Western.
Is Jimmy star Jefferson White leaving Yellowstone?
There was a bloodbath at the end of season three of Yellowstone which left three of the Dutton family in danger.
Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) and John Dutton (Kevin Costner) were all targeted by masked assailants in the finale.
But they were not the only ones left in danger after Jimmy was also left fighting for his life.
Fans will remember how earlier in season three, he was in a very bad rodeo accident.
He’d decided to give up on the pursuit after promising John he would stop.
However, in the finale, his girlfriend Mia (Eden Brolin) forced him back on the horse.
This went about as well as might be expected and Jimmy was bucked off the horse and thrown unconscious.
Viewers did not find out what happened to him at the end of the series but many were worried about his fate.
So far actor Jefferson White has not confirmed one way or another whether he will be leaving the show.
This is likely only to be revealed when season four is released, in order to avoid potential spoilers.
However, he has dropped some hints about what’s next for Jimmy in the popular series.
Speaking on Paramount Network’s YouTube show Tales From the Bunkhouse, he opened up about the moment.

He said: “I’m lying face down in the dirt at the end of this s***.
“It’s a whole new show. So much is uncertain at the end of three, 10.
“It’s so exciting and this world that we’ve spent three seasons building is shattered in 10 minutes.”
Fans have also been speculating about if his character might survive.
Posting on Reddit, user Giantwiant wrote: “I think they do have to kill someone. I guess it’s Jimmy.
“It would be beyond ridiculous to have him break his neck again and survive.
They added: “We heard the loud ‘crack’ when Jimmy landed.”
All is expected to be revealed when the fourth season of the show is released in 2021.
Yellowstone season 4 is expected to return in 2021.
