TOWIE star Bobby Norris opened up about his body transformation on Loose Women today.
The reality TV star bulked up in lockdown and is now rocking a ripped six pack.
And the 34-year-old revealed exactly how he did it today – saying it was through workouts, food planning and a lifestyle overhaul.
Bobby told Kaye Adams, Linda Robson, Jane Moore and Saira Khan that he has been working out for 15-20 minutes per day, with a few longer sessions each week.
Chatting about this Bobby said: "It's never a chore, I love getting up in the morning."
In fact, he's enjoyed his workouts so much he now wants to become a personal trainer.
As well as exercise, Bobby said he has overhauled his diet.
He told the panel: "I food prep for hours, I put it into pots where I can grab and go.
"I also used to drink energy drinks daily but I've cut them out."
As well as food, Bobby said he's ditched cigarettes – with the star being on 20 a day previously.
Continuing to chat about his body transformation, Bobby said it has done his mental health the world of good.
He said something just "clicked in his head" to allow him to achieve his goals.
Bobby's appearance came ahead of the new series of TOWIE, which is set to hit screens on September 6.
This year marks the 10-year anniversary of the programme that brought us icons including Gemma Collins and Mark Wright.
To mark this, cast members starring in the upcoming series include former stars Lauren Goodger, Amy Childs and James Argent.
