The Chase’s Bradley Walsh gobsmacked by Anne’s x-rated question to contestant

The Chase's Anne Hegerty left viewers and host Bradley Walsh gobsmacked after she made a rather x-rated comment to a contestant.

Hoping to win big was a contestant named Dylan, who revealed that he worked as an animator on children's television.

As Anne arrived to face off against the hopeful she left him, and Bradley, shocked as she said: "Hello Dylan. Digital artist. Are you going to quiz… or touch me up after filming?"

And while Bradley didn't reply to comment, the camera panned to a shocked-looking Bradley, who quipped: "Wow. There's an offer you can refuse."

Unfortunately, Dylan didn't go far in the competition, taking the lowest offer and still being caught.

Anne herself was left surprised in a recent episode of the popular quiz show when the four contestants, who were previously unknown to one another, all shared a royal connection.

As Bradley announced the contestant's names, Archie, Louis, Charlotte and George, viewers at home were left floored due to the discovery all four hopefuls shared names with royal children.

While genius Anne instantly realised the connection between the players, former Coronation Street actor Bradley didn't see it at first.

“You haven’t worked out what all these people have in common, have you?” the chaser said to her colleague.

“Oh have I done it again?” Bradley replied, taken-aback. As he reeled off the names once more, the TV host finally realised what he'd been missing.

“Archie, Louis, Charlotte and George, the kids. Harry’s lad, then Louis, Charlotte and George, William’s kids," he declared excitedly, but Anne was unimpressed. "So adorable I may puke," she hit back.

And a recent celebrity special saw former EastEnders actress Maisie Smith and The Wanted's Max George make history as the first celebrity couple to compete against the chasers.

Bradley jokingly questioned: "So erm, when's the big day?" To which Max replied: "Funny you mention it, er,” before turning to Maisie, who played along and rose from her chair.

Fans flocked to social media to discuss the adorable moment, with one person penning: "Maisie Smith and Max George currently being very cute on #thechase. Love them!"

"Max & Maisie are making this episode,” another said, while a third added, "Max and Maisie's banter added to Brad's jokes is peak TV."

While a fourth argued: "Bradley Walsh not knowing that Max and Maisie are dating even after the way Maisie reacted to everything Max said is the most Bradley Walsh thing ever."
