Who is the new Apprentice associate Tim Campbell?

Tim Campbell will be stepping in to stand alongside Lord Alan Sugar and Karen Brady in the absence of former assistant Claude Littner.

Claude will not be appearing on series 16 of the show following a cycling accident.

Tim told the BBC: "It was a great regret when we heard about Claude, who is such a massive part of the franchise," he said.

"We're really pleased that he's doing well and he's on the road to recovery."

Tim, who won the first ever season of The Apprentice back in 2005 has said that he is 'honoured' to be joining the cast.

Tim joined Alan Sugar's company Amstrad following his Apprentice win. He started at the company on a £100,000 salary – his reward for winning the show.

Since then he has gone on to win an MBE and set up his own digital marketing agency, making him a qualified asset to the stern judging panel.
