Ranvir failed to impress the judges with her Waltz this week with dance partner Giovanni Pernice, 30 – which resulted in her losing her place in the competition.
Fans were left fuming that Made In Chelsea star Jamie Laing, 30, managed to survive his fourth dance off last night – which resulted in the presenter being voted off.
The journalist looked downcast as she jumped in the back of a cab to head home after the semi-finals last night.
Ranvir, who has been talk of the town in recent months due to her rumoured romance with partner Giovanni, still looked stunning as ever with her hair perfectly curled from the show.
She wrapped a huge scarf around herself to keep warm and a wore a navy face covering while clutching on to her post-show treat of a tasty Domino's pizza.
Last night she opened up to host Tess Daly about how she felt about losing her place in the competition and said: "I’m just really sorry for him [Gio], he’s worked so hard and been in so many finals that I’m really sorry I couldn’t do it for you. Sorry."
Giovanni was shocked by the kind words and he responded: "You don’t have to be sorry at all, we’ve both worked very hard, you’ve been an absolute dream to work with.
"You are a true hero, your job at 3 o'clock in the morning then you come in the room and dance with me.
"More than anything you’ve grown as a person and this for me is the most rewarding thing that I could ask for, so well done to you. Well done."
Since her stint on the show Ranvir, who recently split with husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal, has set tongues wagging with her sizzling on-screen chemistry with the Italian hunk.
To further add to the romance rumours, Gio has affectionately kissed his partner's head while listening to the judges' feedback, and he has openly called her a "beautiful princess" on social media.
And according to Jamie Laing the dancing pro "fancies" the ITV journalist.
After her departure, Ranvir paid tribute to the Italian hunk with a gushing post on Instagram.
She told her 89.3k followers: "Sadly it was not to be – but what a way to go.. on a beautiful Waltz that got a score of 8,9,9 on the semi-final of @bbcstrictly I couldn’t have done anymore!
"My incredible partner – you @pernicegiovann1 tried your best to get me to the final and I’m just disappointed for you. I adore you ❤️ .
"My feet are relieved to not be punished anymore and although my heart is a little sad for tonight – I am genuinely proud of what we achieved from below zero ability and confidence to start with to feeling magical in the Paso, Foxtrot, the American Smooth, Argentine Tango, Viennese Waltz, and a classic Waltz!
"With a Cha cha and Jive squeezed in for good measure. Thank you to everyone @bbcstrictly for allowing me to be part of the show and thank you to everyone who voted and supported us for the last two months. ❤️
"What a privilege to be part of a show that gives so much joy to the country in this year of 2020 xxx."
