STACEY Solomon has been praised by fans for showing a "real" bikini body as she penned a message for her daughter Rose.

The Loose Women star is no stranger to a body positive post, and warned fans on Instagram: "I don't work out".

She said: "Dear Rose, I hope you grow up and love who you are.

"I hope that love is never determined by your appearance. To the moon and back darling…"

Stacey told fans to look after themselves amid the UK's heatwave and to "wear whatever makes you feel comfortable."

She added: "You’re beautiful. Never let anyone make you believe otherwise – This is not a paid post but I am wearing my Bikini from My Range AD."
