Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) was left to look after the entire Slater clan in EastEnders following Kat’s (Jessie Wallace) departure, and Jean’s (Gillian Wright) behaviour as of late has troubled him — but during tonight’s instalment he makes something of a shocking discovery about the matriarch, and resolves to take drastic action as a result.
Jean has been behaving rather oddly as of late — something which has been a cause for concern for all those who love her. During the latest episode, she repeatedly called Whitney (Shona McGarty) by the name of Stacey, and during tonight’s episode, Kush is given even more reason to worry about her.
As a result, he decides to investigate things, and his investigation soon turns up a clue, as he discovers that Jean hasn’t been taking her medication.
Later, Jean has yet another confrontation with archenemy Suki (Balvinder Sopal), and then proceeds to take her anger out on Phil (Steve McFadden) as she explodes at him.
Knowing something’s not quite right, Kush attempts to talk to Jean about the what’s going on, but she’s simply having none of it.

Therefore, he goes to desperate lengths to ensure she takes her tablets.
