The former EastEnders actress also claimed that she still smells – despite "scrubbing" herself in the shower.
Rita, 41, was the fourth celeb to be booted out of the Aussie camp and was spotted cheering as she arrived back at the posh Versace Hotel yesterday.
Speaking on Lorraine this morning, the pink-haired star revealed the first things that she did upon checking in, sharing: "I had a club sandwich, which I shoved in my face so quickly there wasn't time to breathe.
"Then I got in the shower and scrubbed my entire body twice – and hair twice."
Sniffing her hair live on air, Rita added: "I got out of the shower and my hair still stank of campfire smoke, and it still does a little bit now.
"Then I ate some more and some more and some more and some more and I haven't stopped eating since."
The comments got Lorraine Kelly's seal of approval, who told the actress to continue eating as much as her heart desires.
During the chat, Rita also confessed that life in camp was a lot more difficult than she had anticipated.
She explained: "It is so much harder than you think, I have watched this show for years and I know so many people who have done it.
"I am fit and strong, I train and eat well in the real world and I didn't expect it to be so physically and mentally gruelling.
"I don't deal with boredom well so sitting around a lot killed me – but the highs were super, super high and it was so worth every second of the lows."
Dubbing her old campmates "friends for life", Rita also admitted that she wants Anne Hegerty to be crowned Queen of the Jungle this year.

She said: "Harry Redknapp is Mr. Winner and I love him and would love for him to win but I want Anne to win purely for the journey she has been on.
"I have watched her go from a shell-shocked, vulnerable woman to someone who has come out of their shell in the most amazing way.
"I love her and I think she really, really deserves to win."
