Rebekah Vardy says 'it's OK to feel unstable' as she shares mental health post amid Coleen Rooney feud

REBEKAH Vardy told fans "it's okay not to be okay" in a poignant post about mental health.

The 37-year-old star shared an inspirational message on her Instagram today – hours after she mocked her spat with Coleen Rooney.

Rebekah – who is pregnant with her fifth child – hit the headlines earlier this month when Coleen publicly accused her Instagram account of selling stories about her.

Hinting that the spat was damaging to her mental wellbeing, the I'm a Celebrity star posted: "For anyone that is struggling… it's okay to feel unstable.

"It's okay to disassociate. It's okay to hide from the world. It's okay to need help.

"It's okay not to be okay. Your mental health is not a personal failure."

The message came just hours after Rebekah celebrated husband Jamie Vardy's 9-0 defeat against Southampton with a swipe against Coleen.

The Leicester City striker even scored a hat-trick during the record-breaking defeat.

Rebekah then tweeted: “It's……… Jamie Vardy #9.”

It mimicked the post Coleen – whose husband Wayne Rooney also wears shirt number nine – had written earlier this month, which accused Rebekah's Instagram account of leaking stories about her.

At the end of Coleen's lengthy statement, she wrote: "It's……….. Rebekah Vardy's account."

She claimed to have solved the mystery by posting fake stories on her private Instagram account and blocking all friends – bar Rebekah's account – from seeing them.

Coleen ran the test over a five-month period – and each fake post subsequently appeared in The Sun.

Her detective work and dramatic reveal quickly earned her the nickname WAGatha Christie.

Each of the stories provided to The Sun was put to Coleen’s representatives before publication, and on each occasion they declined to comment.

Becky later suggested her Instagram account had been hacked and promised to hire a cyber expert to prove she was innocent.
