  • Paul Gascoigne has revealed he got aroused and masturbated in the toilets after meeting Margaret Thatcher at Downing Street.

The football legend shocked his co-stars with his lewd loo anecdote during Sunday night's launch episode (April 16) of Channel 4's Scared of the Dark.

Gazza didn't spare the dirty details when he spoke about getting aroused at Number 10 Downing Street during his trip in 1990, where he was famously snapped with former PM Thatcher.

It came during a chat with his castmates, which included Love Island star Chloe Burrows, The Wanted singer Max George and former boxing champ Chris Eubank Sr, who wasn't happy at all with the tale.

Gazza said: "Do you want a sexy story? I may get myself in trouble here, but when I went to 10 Downing Street, I put my arm round Maggy Thatcher, and I felt it getting hard and I thought, 'I better just release this.'"

Revealing he had to relieve himself in the toilets, he added: "So I just quickly f***ing hit the toilet and just wacked one out."

And it seems his co-stars couldn't believe what they were hearing as they were left shrieking and laughing as they sat in the darkness.

And boxer Chris Eubank went into a private room and told producers he thought the story was "muck."

He said: "I don’t know Gazza, and I don’t want to know Gazza because that’s all muck. He’s brazen, he’ll drink you under the table.

"He’s a legend. That is not legendary."

The show sees eight celebrities live, eat and sleep in pitch black for 180 hours before one is crowned winner.

Joining Paul was Scarlett Moffatt, Chris McCausland, Donna Preston, Chloe Burrows, Max George and Nicola Adams.

Danny revealed at a recent press day that Danny that Chris was the worst behaved celebrity on the series.

He said: "I suppose badly behaved in the sense of being a bit of a t**t was probably Eubank, weren’t it? He’s on a journey as well, by the way.

"I think there’s a moment in this where you’re really rooting for Chris as well, by the way. He’s such an emotional man, and he does really open up about some stuff which is important for the show."
