Married At First Sight UK star Nikita Jasmine is far from happy at tonight’s reunion after learning Alexis Economou and Ant Poole returned to the series and embarked on a short-lived romance.
The Geordie reality star was removed from the experiment in previous episodes for ‘unacceptable’ behaviour, with her husband Ant leaving the show by default.
Alexis also quit the process after failing to find a connection with her partner Jordon Mundell, who cheated on her with Megan Wolfe, however, she later made a comeback with Ant after the pair realised a spark between them.
In an exclusive spoiler clip shared with Metro.co.uk ahead of the reunion, Nikita fumes as experts Mel Schilling reveals that Alexis caught Ant’s eye.
‘She’s a f*cking snake, right,’ Nikita slams, as she watches footage of the pair. ‘I was your mate, man.’
Alexis hits back though, insisting there was no friendship between her and Nikita.
‘You was not my friend,’ she says.
‘How can you say that?’ an upset Nikita retorts. ‘I want to know how I wasn’t your friend.’
Turning her attention towards Ant, she continues: ‘He never mentioned anything about a connection. I actually said to you, “Do you think Alexis is fit?” and you said “no”. Categorically, you said no.
‘If he says that’s not true he’s a f*cking liar.’
Will Nikita be able to come to terms with Alexis and Ant’s brief romance? Let’s not forget that neither women are with Ant now…
Tonight’s reunion episode will welcome back all 16 participants for a final review of their experience since marrying a stranger.
What have they all learned about themselves and have those couples that renewed their vows stayed together since leaving the experiment, or have they called time on their relationships?
Married At First Sight UK airs tonight at 9pm on E4.
