Amber Gill has shared her horror after being targetted by online trolls.
The Love Island champ hit out at those who had slammed her before admitting that she was left stunned by the sheer volume of messages she had received about her weight.
Amber, 23, admitted that during the coronavirus lockdown period she ate takeaway meals for "breakfast, lunch and dinner".
She went on to add that she had been left shocked by her changing figure and hoped by being open she would be a beacon of hope for others who have been targetted by trolls.
Taking to her Instagram page, the Geordie beauty donned a khaki vest top as well as matching trousers as she opened up about her ordeal.
Addressing her 2.7 million followers, she said: "Not me on TikTok being fat-shamed?! What? First of all, we are in a pandemic.
"Second How do people look so closely that they notice before I even notice.
"I've been living in hoodies and sweatpants for the whole of this year and ended up putting on a whole stone!"

The reality star went on to say: "I can't lie I was shocked but I cannot cook to save my life so it was takeout breakfast lunch and dinner so I don't know what I expected And with another lockdown potentially on the horizon it could happen again.
"I'm sure the people that commented are the image of perfection so thank you for that. Whoever put on weight this year don't worry I'm with you. [sic]"
Her post which has been liked over 315,000 times was instantly flooded with messages of support from her adoring fans and celebrity pals.
"I literally saw this picture of you and thought, god she looks gorgeous! Then I read the caption. Some people are just so full of hate, keep doing you and shining bright beautiful girl- then you'll really p**s them off," commented Vicky Pattison.
While one fan added: "You look amazing regardless."
A second went on to say: "We all have and if you haven't by God you're living a sad life. Your gorgeous regardless."
Thanking Amber, another penned: "This is so nice to hear and so relatable. Thanks so much for sharing!"
