Love Island fans have grown concerned for Jacques O'Neill after spotting a 'concerning' symptom.
Jacques has been getting closer to the new girls at the main villa while his boo Paige Thorne is pining for him over at Casa Amor – but that wasn't quite what had fans distracted on Tuesday (July 5).
Instead, they're sure they've spotted a concerning symptom on Jacques' skin.

Fans are now concerned he's been spending too much time out in the sun without sun block after realising he's sporting patches of sunburn on his face, and took to Twitter to share their worries.
One fan wrote: "Watching Love Island and they’re all so BURNT?!? I beg they get some sun cream!"
As another added: "Jacques' burnt nose matching his clown behaviour…"
"Jacques' burnt nose…" someone else worried, while other fans were more concerned by Ronan Keating's son Jack.
One concerned fan penned: "I'm only watching Love Island for Ronan Keating's son because I'm worried about him getting sun burnt."
"My lad Jack needs to apply more sun cream bloke's burnt to a crisp!" someone else echoed.
While a third posted: "Anyone else just sat watching how burnt Jack's getting? Get the boy factor 50 and a T-shirt!"
Elsewhere in Tuesday's episode, fans spotted Gemma and Paige chatting next to a group of suncream bottles, leaving one fan worried that they have been left out in the sun all day.

"Ok but the sunscreens should not be out in the sun like that #LoveIsland," one Twitter user pointed out.
It comes as Danica handed out some advice to the girls who were thinking of sticking with their partners – and Paige got some tough love when it came to Jacques.
Paige broke down in tears as she worried that she looked like an "absolute f***ing mug" by investing more in the relationship than Jacques is, as he admitted he wanted to be more "open" with the new bombshells.
Love Island airs nightly from 9pm on ITV2.
