KATIE Price is embroiled in a fresh row with the council after reuniting with her ex Carl Woods.
The TV star was first warned last year after sparking a council probe into if salesman Carl was storing motors at her mucky mansion.
Officials at the local council launched an investigation into the 'alleged running of a second-hand car business' but the case was closed in March.
A second enforcement case was opened in October and it is 'pending consideration' – with enforcement action still to be decided.
Under planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised 'change of use' of the property.
And bankrupt Katie, was warned selling cars on the property could land her a hefty fine.
Now brand new photos of the celeb's sprawling mansion have revealed 10 cars parked in the driveway.
The mum-of-five could face an unlimited fine, which would include costs of repossession and clear up, if she has failed to comply with an enforcement notice.
A person guilty of an offence is liable on conviction to an unlimited fine.
