Jack Fincham banned from booze ahead of National Television Awards backstage presenting role

And his latest bosses will hope he has scribbled a note in his diary to take part in Dry January.

They are desperate for him to be sober when he hosts the behind-the-scenes coverage of the National Television Awards.

So to make sure he doesn’t mess up his biggest job so far, TV bosses have warned him to curb his partying.

The reality contestant will be joined by his Love Island winner girlfriend Dani Dyer for the presenting job on January 22.

And with a fortnight until the ceremony at London’s O2, tensions are already running high.

A show source said: “Jack has been warned not to party ahead of the NTAs and not to drink on the night.

“Even a sip of champagne or beer is off-limits. He’s got form when it comes to cancelling work commitments and people are worried he’s going to let down everyone working on the event.

“This is the biggest presenting job he has had since being a contestant on Love Island and his team know he needs to prove he can do it. No one wants him to screw it up. Jack has been asked to give his word that he’ll slow down his partying beforehand.

“He said he would clean up his act and hit the gym to stay out of pubs with his mates. But it’s not stopped anyone feeling nervous.”

The Sun has already revealed how Jack had pulled out of so many nightclub appearances that some venues cut ties with him.

Cancelling the visits left him out of pocket and facing the anger of die-hard Love Island fans.

And Dani’s no angel, either. Hundreds of fans were gutted after she and Jack pulled out of a meet and greet in Birmingham claiming they were “ill”.

The truth is they were too hungover to leave London and stayed in bed after partying into the early hours at Dani’s fashion range launch.

They better be on their best behaviour this time around.

A spokesperson said: "There is no partying ban. However Jack is currently very focused on his training as he prepares for his return to boxing."

I CAN see how Little Mix’s Leigh-Anne Pinnock has racked up four million followers on Instagram.

She shared this snap from Jamaica, where she is on holiday with her family.

But anyone expecting a new tune that’s as exotic as her trip is in for a disappointment.

Fans have become convinced the group are about to release a single called Senorita, featuring Despacito’s Luis Fonsi, after information about the song was  revealed on Amazon Echo devices.

Unfortunately though, the tune was actually one which didn’t make the cut for their November album LM5, and there are no plans to release it.

They have plenty of other singles on that record to put out first.

But the singer has proved he’s just as wild as ever after a bonkers night which saw him jump in a pool fully clothed at midnight.

He was in  a private members club in London at a party for pal James Corden’s wife Julia’s birthday  when he pulled the stunt.

A source said: “Harry was enjoying himself so much that at midnight he jumped into the pool with his suit on. Staff helped dry him off and although there are strict rules about not swimming after 10.30pm, they let him off because it was him.”

Adele also made a rare appearance at the bash but didn’t take to the mic.

A rendition of Happy Birthday surely wouldn’t have been too much trouble.

Robbie’s dreamboys

Robbie Williams has been struggling to sleep – after befriending movie A-listers including  Tom Cruise and Ben Affleck in his dreams.

He revealed: “I have nightmares every night, intermixed with hanging out with celebrities in my dreams, weirdly.

“It’s either nightmares, me going out with celebrities, or a mixture of both.

“Two people I’ve hung out with recently in my dreams that are an absolute hoot are Tom Cruise and Ben Affleck.  Not at the same time, but we had so much fun, we got on so well.

“Especially Ben, we were like two peas in a pod. I woke up and thought, ‘that Ben Affleck, he’s f***ing great value’ and I still think so.”

The story of his night-time adventures comes after I revealed Robbie had turned to colouring-in to curb his 40-a day smoking habit.

I doubt Tom and Ben will want to hang out in real life if all on offer is some crayons.

Margot Robbie has been cast as Barbie for an upcoming live-action film. She will also produce the film alongside hubby Tom Ackerly. She said playing with the doll promoted “confidence, curiosity and communication”.

New Year Blues, Vic?

HAS David Beckham found a cure for the January blues?

Unlike wife Victoria, he managed a smile arriving at a GQ dinner marking the end of men’s London Fashion Week at the Brasserie Of Light in London’s Soho on Monday.

The pair put on a united front, walking to the venue hand-in-hand. They were joined by pals Gordon Ramsay and his pregnant wife Tana, as well as Olly Murs and Maya Jama.

Posh and Becks’ outing comes after they hosted a £30,000 New Year bash for family and friends at their Cotswolds mansion.

That should have been enough to put a smile on both their faces.

Sacha Bafta snatcher

Sacha Baron Cohen has turned detective to find his  Bafta that I can reveal he had nicked from him  at the 2001 ceremony.

He won two awards for his  Ali G character and was overheard telling an official at the Bafta Tea Party bash in LA on Saturday that a pal knew  who had the prize.

An eyewitness said: “He seemed genuinely peeved about his missing award and determined to get it back.

“He couldn’t believe it had been sitting in someone’s house all these years. Whoever took it might want to give him a call.”

His awards cabinet can’t be too bare.
