Inside Line of Duty star Andi Osho's home with recording studio, cosy living room and adorable cat

LINE of Duty star Andi Osho has given an insight into her cosy home on Instagram.

The 48-year-old author, comedian and actress loves to keep her fans up to date with what she gets up to on the social media platform.

The telly presenter played the role of investigate reporter Gail Vella in the latest series of the BBC crime drama.

Her character has been a focal point throughout the season as DCI Joanne Davidson and the murder investigation team have been trying to figure out who shot her in the back of the head.

When she's not busy on set of the hit show, Andi loves to sit back and relax in her cosy home.

The author – who has written her own novel called Asking For A Friend – uses social media to promote a lot of her amazing creations.

Andi records her own podcast Creative Sauce from the comfort of her own home.

The living room, where she records it, boasts white walls, selection of skyline paintings and trinkets placed around the room.

It also features a cosy blue sofa and simple oak flooring.

The space has a classy black fireplace, matching mirror placed above it and some red candles.

It also has some shelves filled with her favourite books, fresh flowers and candles placed on top to give it an extra homely feel.

The star also looks like cook up a storm in her kitchen which features white walls, matching tiles and cupboards.

When she's got some time to relax Andi likes to catch up on Line of Duty with her pet cat.

The actress recently shared a hilarious video of her puss looking confused at the laptop screen as the drama played out.

Andi captioned the post: Piecing together clues before tonight’s @bbclineofduty like…. 🔊 on."

The actress' character Gail was a reporter for MN News, and has been involved in the show since the start.

Gail has reported on various things that have happened throughout the six series, including the shooting of Karim Ali in 2012 and the sexual abuse trial of former Chief Superintendent Patrick Fairbank in series three.

The journalist had been awarded for all her hard work and even featured on a magazine cover.

However, she's now the subject of a murder investigation called Operation Lighthouse, as DCI Davidson and her team have been trying to work out who would want her dead.

Although it's not been found out yet, there is a chance that fans of the show could be put out of their misery this Sunday.

And it looks like Andi has had a very successful career just like her alter-ego.

She's starred in film, TV, theatre and even done her own stand up.

The actress has had roles in BBC soaps Holby City and EastEnders and also played the role of Arabella's therapist Carrie in Michaela Coel's I May Destroy You.

It doesn't stop there as she's also written for well-known publications including Fox, BBC and Sky.

Although she started her career in telly production, in 2006 she decided to get into stand-up comedy, and she's never looked back.

She's performed at a number of comedy club and festivals and won the Nivea Funny Women award in 2007.
