I went on Love Island and found The One – here's the only way to do it, says Molly Smith | The Sun

LOVE Island beauty Molly Smith has dished out her top tips for romance in the Mallorca villa.

The model, 28, who starred in Love Island's 2020 series, is still loved up with Callum Jones, who she coupled up with when she strolled into Casa Amor.

The Manchester lass has now advised the current crop of contestants – bluntly encouraging them to "be selfish."

Molly told Closer Magazine the Islanders should "do what you want to do."

She added: "Obviously, go about it in a nice and respectful way.

"But don't try to please people. Soak it all up, have fun and follow your heart."

Love Island fans think couple is on the brink of a split – do you agree?

The former Pink Soda model encouraged romance wannabes to ditch any notion of a game plan at the door to the Mallorca villa.

She continued: "I don't think there's any way you can really go into that villa with a plan.

"There's no point trying to be someone you're not or hoping to control the situation, so just go with it.

"Trust the process."

Molly rounded off her tips by encouraging the new stars to "be themselves" and "own" their experience.

Back in 2020, Molly's partnership with Callum was a shock to viewers as he was in a "solid" coupling with Shaughna Phillips.

Callum then chose to take Molly back to the main villa – breaking Shaughna's heart.

Since then, the couple has gone from strength to strength, even talking about marriage.

During the coronavirus lockdown, tattooed hunk Callum decided to move into Molly's family home in Manchester with her two parents and the pair's relationship continued to go from strength to strength.

When asked if he sees any potential wedding bells in the future he said: "Never say never, that's all I'm saying! It's not on the cards yet but who knows."

And it doesn't stop there as he also admitted that he'd like to start a family one day.

The reality star thinks because they met on the popular ITV dating show, it helped them get through lockdown without any tensions.

He explained: "I think we got pretty lucky just because in the villa we'd been living together anyway 24/7 so it was kinda like a tester in the villa.

"Then coming into the real world we were already quite used to it so it wasn't that much of a change."
