I was on Love Island and there are secret challenges that are NEVER shown on TV, reveals Aaron Simpson | The Sun

LOVE Island stars film challenges in the villa that are never aired on TV, former contestant Aaron Simpson has revealed.

The 25-year-old, who appeared on the show last year, lifted the lid on a major in-show secret on Johnny Seifert's Secure The Insecure podcast.

He explained: Did you know that there's a lot of challenges that are done that do not get aired?

"So I was in when I was in there, I did two challenges. So we done the sex god one, which I gave an amazing performance for… "

Urging listeners to check it out on YouTube, he then continued: "And then we done another one with with sweets, and we had to like put sweets in our mouth, put them in the bowl, which was actually really fun and, and stuff like that.

"But it doesn't get shown. And I think this year a lot of people were saying where are the challenges?

"But my conspiracy theory is the challenges get done. But because there's so much happening in the villa and the and the producers need to stick to the storyline, they just can't they can't get it because there's not enough time there is a lot of challenges that are done, which are not filmed."

In May, the Sun exclusively revealed Aaron was in a long-term relationship with model Jessica Lowe, 25.

They met at a Halloween party months after Aaron left the villa having been ghosted by his love interest Mary Bedford.

Blonde bombshell Jess bears a striking resemblance to Mary, 22, who ignored Aaron's messages and savagely confirmed their split in an Instagram Q&A session.

Confirming their relationship, Aaron told The Sun: "I'm just really happy."
