The 37-year-old host had co-host Phillip Schofield in hysterics when she made the boob on Sunday night – moments before Gemma performed and slipped on the ice.
Speaking to camera, Holly said: "Welcome back to Dancing on A*** Ice"
Phillip pulled an awkward face and flustered, his co-host continued: "We have some incredible performances. Next it's our Essex girl who is stripping things back tonight."
Later, Phil revealed her error in a Snapchat video backstage. Talking through giggles, he said: "What did you just say coming out the break?"
Holly replied: "Dancing on a***! I can't believe I said that."
Towie star Gemma then took to the ice and had a terrible tumble during her routine, leaving her in tears.
She skated to Celina Dion's hit It's All Coming Back to Me Now and followed her partner Matt Evers.
But as she tried to race to catch up she ended up falling in dramatic fashion.
She was comforted by Holly and Phil as she wept, following a week of gruelling training.
Gemma, 37, has since revealed her badly bruised knees after her nasty fall.
She was rushed off for physio straight after she received her highest score of the series so far despite the fall, and took to her Instagram Stories after the show to reveal her injuries.
As she enjoyed a bite to eat with her family, Gemma had huge bags of ice on her knees and admitted she was in "absolute agony".
Boyfriend James Argent also took to his Instagram Stories to reveal the full extent of her injuries.
Arg shared a video of Gemma's bruised and swollen knees, which were also covered in scratches.
He said: "Gemma's legs terrible, look. All round her knees, they're in a bad, bad way.
"This one isn't so bad, but that one I'm worried about."
