The Beeb really is gearing up for Christmas (and New Year), and has now announced The Graham Norton Show‘s New Year’s Eve guests.
Appearing on BBC One on New Year’s Eve will be Graham Norton (obviously) and guest Olivia Coleman, who will no doubt be there to chat about her roles in Netflix’s The Crown, in which she stars as The Actual (Current) Queen, and The Favourite, in which she plays The Actual (Previous) Queen, Queen Anne.
She’ll be joined by X-Men actor Nicholas Hoult, who, alongside Colman, is also starring in the BBC’s adaptation of Watership Down.
Love Actually and Atonement‘s Keira Knightley will also be there to discuss her new biographical film Colette, while Aussie actor Guy Pearce (LA Confidential, Memento) will be promoting his new historical drama Mary Queen of Scots.
Music will be provided by Rita Ora, who’ll perform a melon medley of hits from her current album Phoenix.
In more Graham Norton Show news, viewers reckon there was a bit of chemistry between Cheryl and Michael B Jordan on Friday’s show (November 30).
“I’m calling a Cheryl and Michael B Jordan romance,” one fan shared.
Another wrote: “Well, Cheryl and Michael B. Jordan make a rather beaut couple don’t they? Definitely a bit of sexual tension there #grahamnortonshow.”
The Graham Norton Show New Year’s Eve special airs on BBC One on December 31 at 10.40pm.
