Good Morning Britain weather forecaster Laura Tobin was reporting from National Trust property Ham House in London on Tuesday when she was hijacked by competition leader Andi Peters in an hilarious moment.

Normally in the studio, the TV star donned a lime yellow coat as she stood outside in the 17th Century house’s stunning gardens.

With the sun beating down, the star appeared to be enjoying reporting in the fresh air, when Andi walked down a garden path towards her and appeared to be jokily cutting in.

Confused, Laura wasn’t sure how to proceed and the pair had a moment where regular scheduling was paused.

Ben, 46, then took over to explain the situation for viewers as he joked: "It’s the competition and the weather coming together."

Susanna laughed, as the studio presenters found presenter Andi’s entrance into the shot hilarious.

But 50-year-old host Susanna was more concerned with the weather not being as potentially warm as she was hoping.

The UK is expected to experience a mini heatwave this week, but the presenter was concerned it wouldn’t last.

Good Morning Britain continues weekdays at 6am on ITV.
