FAYE Winter has hit back at vicious trolls after she campaigned for Botox and filler to only be administered by medical professionals.
The Love Island alum told fans she had ruined her lips in a video on Instagram.
Faye, 28, said she was "embarrassed" about her old lips after wanting them to be bigger and admitted that she had "gone too far".
She also warned fans about the dangers of using beauty specialists who had not medically qualified to use needles.
But her post attracted a flood of abuse from people within the industry and Faye revealed she had even received threatening messages.
Taking to her Instagram Stories last night, she said: "The amount of love I have had off my reel is phenomenal.

"I have had a few people message me some quite dark things to be fair.
"You might know where I live, but I'm safe, alright? I have security.
"The people who are messaging me with such hatred and are borderline crazy, are the people probably that are taking the one day courses, and making a lot of money off people …"
The star – who was unrecognisable as a teenager before having botox – continued: "What I'm saying is I really do believe in my heart of heart that a doctor or a nurse or a dentist who has trained for five years just knows a bit more about the human body, blood vessels, muscles, bruising, than someone who has done a one day course.

"We're behind the times, America, Australia, only doctors and nurses are allowed to do it."
Faye was earlier praised by fans after she shared graphic images of her lumpy and botched lips.
Fans loved her honesty and told the beauty how she was 'brave' for speaking up.
One said: "Thank you for talking about this."
A second wrote: "So brave to speak up love you."
"Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for sharing this and for highlighting the fact that too much filler can leave a lasting stretching of the skin," said a third.
While a fourth commented: "Well done Faye for educating even a few girls who take something from this."
The star previously revealed that she had breast implants for her 18th birthday.
