Emmerdale: Ryan speaks to Mack after losing adoptive mum
Emmerdale fans have been suspicious of newcomer Gail Loman (played by Rachael Gill-Davis) ever since she returned to the village.
However, in official spoilers released by ITV, things take an expected turn for Gail when she gets a blast from the past.
After enjoying a romantic meal with Ryan Stocks (James Moore), Gail moves away from Ryan so she can furtively follow up on a mysterious phone call.
Later, after meeting a desperate woman named Sophie (Martha Cope) in the allotment, Gail’s shaken when there’s some bad news about someone called Oscar.
Has Gail got caught up in some trouble? Or is she not who she says she is?

Gail came back to the Dales earlier this year to rekindle her romance with Ryan after disappearing in 2019.
The newcomer quickly made her mark and was keen to impress after Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) gave her a job at The Woolpack.
Although, after initially working with Marlon (Mark Charnock) in the kitchen, Gail was moved to behind the bar.
However, the newcomer hasn’t made the best impression as she is constantly making mistakes.

Fans have taken to Twitter to share their theories about Gail and many don’t trust her character.
@RyanTheSoapking penned: “I don’t trust Gail? She seems to have developed a dark side? What is she hiding? #Emmerdale.” (sic)
@Charlotte_K13 shared: “There’s something very odd about Gail, I think she could have a dark nasty side #Emmerdale.”
While @BettyBlethers asked: “Is Gail may be pregnant? #emmerdale.”
“What’s up with Gail? #Emmerdale,” @ShakyWoon went on to question.
It is unclear what the barmaid is hiding, but will she end up betraying the love of her life in a bid to keep her secret safe?
Or could newcomers Sophie or Oscar end up exposing Gail’s true identity?
