Emmerdale Ethan star Emile John wows fans after showcasing singing talent

Emmerdale actor Emile John has wowed fans with his hidden singing talent.

The star is known for showing off his acting skills as hunky vicar's son Ethan Anderson in the ITV soap.

However, it seems that he's also got a serious set of pipes.

Emile showcased his gift in a video on Instagram and fans could not get over his brilliant voice.

The clip sees Emile singing into the camera while apparently playing the piano (although his hands are off screen), starting softly before serving up some impressive runs.

Fans were amazed by the actor's "stunning" vocal talent.

"That gave me goosebumps," posted one admirer.

Another said the performance was "just beautiful".

"Wow! Amazing voice. Keep striving," another fan posted.

One of Emile's followers wrote: "You sound so good that at first I was trying to figure out who you were lip syncing to then I realised 'damn he's really singing'. Dope bro."

"LOOK AT THE TALENT ON HIM," exclaimed another excited ITV soap fan.

Emile has amassed more than 4,000 followers on Instagram, partly because of his role in Emmerdale.

He has also become a bit of a heartthrob after showing off a hot new look.

The actor revealed his transformation in September after doing some work on his body in lockdown.

Sharing side by side topless snaps which showed him before starting his workouts and after, he told his followers: "Sep 2020 – Feb 2021.

"Fell off my grind after Lockdown 1, but a few small wins later…"

Fans told the actor that all of his hard work had paid off and that he was "looking awesome".

"Wow looking fantastic," one said, while another person said it was "impressive progress".

Another said he was "looking HOT and mighty fine".

"Stop shaming me with my Dad-bod!" joked another person.

Emile joined the cast of Emmerdale as lawyer Ethan in January this year in his first major TV role.

Emmerdale airs weekdays on ITV at 7pm
