Graphic designer turned patissier, I Shan, helped build a Van Gogh inspired tea room with her pastry compositions.
Taiwanese I Shan met good friend Jojo while working at the five-star Hotel Cafe Royal in London.
Jojo's love of baking began as she grew up in the Philippines and the pair believe their creativity and skill could take them to the top.
