Are HRVY and Maisie Smith dating?

STRICTLY Come Dancing is known for its sensational romances, with celebrities and dancers both falling for each other on the show.

Rumours have been circling that celebrity Strictly 2020 competitors HRVY and Maisie Smith are romantically interested in one another. Here's what we know…

Are HRVY and Maisie Smith dating?

Nothing has been officially announced by either HRVY or Maisie Smith.

In 2020, Strictly rules state that any contact between the celebs are forbidden.

Rumours about romance between the pair started to swirl after they exchanged some flirtatious comments under one of HRVY's Instagram posts.

HRVY posted a series of topless Instagram pics, captioning the images: "fun fact: the window blinds were open and a whole office floor in another building stood and clapped as I got undressed (2021 calendar out now)."

EastEnders star Maisie made a flirty dig at the singer: "I think they were clapping coz they mistook u for 2009 JB. [Justin Bieber]"

HRVY further inflamed rumours, telling the Mirror: “I love Maisie, she’s a great girl and has got great banter.

"When I saw her in her blue dress last week, she looked incredible. I can’t wait to see her look amazing every week.”

What has HRVY said about Maisie Smith?

HRVY says he wants to take competitor Maisie Smith on a date after the series ends – and some “love and fun”.

The singer, 21, says after being single for the past year he will be “looking for love” and boasted: “I’ll be in my prime and ready.”

He told the Sun: “I’m sure at one point, when we can, Maisie and I will go out for dinner. I’m pretty sure she’s single too.

"I haven’t actually asked, but if we ever go for a meal, I’ll make sure I check first.”

But their hot moves are staying on the dance floor for now, as the pair race for the final, with HRVY stating: “It’s dancing first — then love and fun afterwards.”

He went on: “Maisie’s an amazing girl, very beautiful, but for now I’m just going to concentrate on the dancing because I fancy getting to the final.”
