THIS Morning's Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary made fans laugh today when they joined in on a live workout but were totally unprepared.

Alison, 47, was forced to hold onto her boobs while jumping in the air with fitness guru Joe Wicks.

The TV star left female fans all saying the same thing as she took to the studio floor with the Body Coach legend.

One took to Twitter and penned: "Alison suddenly realising she hasn't got her sports bra on … 😂😂😂"

A second penned: "Alison holding her t**s is relatable 😂"

A third gushed on Twitter: "Alison Hammond is looking bloody unreal, you go girl ✨🙌🏼"

Joe was on the daytime show to encourage fans to attend his live PE classes after he became a lockdown saviour, and earnt himself an MBE, sharing his classes online.

He said: "It's really about saying hi and thank you and me being able to connect.

"We can see from that clip, this is the thing that I love the most, bringing people together. Especially outdoor fitness.

"Essentially it's a big family workout, about 1000 people turn up.

Tickets are £5 for a child and £8 for an adult with all proceeds go to Children In Need.

The event is taking place in Somerset, Cardiff, Oxford, Norfolk, Leeds, Lauder and Perth.
