ADELE Roberts broke down in tears after watching a video of late Tom Parker amid her own cancer battle.
The radio presenter, 43, revealed that she had bowel cancer in October 2021.
Since then she's kept her fans up with her journey, and yesterday was filling her followers in on how she was about to have her last chemotherapy session.
But during the video she teared up when she spoke about The Wanted star Tom, after the singer sadly passed away in March after a brave battle with brain cancer.
Adele told her 180k followers: "So just been to the gym this morning to prepare my body for the…"
The star held back the tears as she continued: "Sorry, my final round of chemotherapy.

"I'm just upset because I've been watching a video about Tom Parker from The Wanted.
"I'm just really sad for him that he's passed away but I was just saying on my Facebook page that I wish I could have met him in real life.
"Just to thank him for the strength that he's given me and also all the wonderful people on Instagram who have been good to me and, of course, you Katie."
Katie is Adele's girlfriend Kate Holderness.

Adele continued: "Anyway, hopefully going to pick up my last round of chemotherapy from the hospital today. And what I try and do each day is get out of bed, look after my body.
"It's really suffering now and feeling the effects of chemotherapy so I've been to the gym done a stepping session and I'm gonna walk to the hospital now pick up my final round.
"Hopefully in two weeks time I'll be ringing that bell to say that I've finished chemotherapy, I'll have a scan after that and them hopefully I'll be cancer free.
"Fingers crossed."
Tom revealed in October 2020 that he had an inoperable stage 4 glioblastoma – which doctors described as “the worst case scenario”.
Adele's video comes days after she was overcome with emotion as she received a prestigious gong at the Diva Choice Awards.
Chosen by the team at Diva Magazine, Adele was called "a trailblazer in broadcasting, bringing lesbian visibility to the heart of Radio 1."
The surprise reduced Adele to tears, and she proudly held her trophy aloft after returning from the stage.
Chuffed girlfriend Kate Holderness planted a kiss on her partner's head as they posed for photos.
Sitting back at their table, Adele said: "I cannot believe it. Crying tears of joy. What an amazing surprise and honour.
"I'm having the best night of all time. I'm sorry if my face looks a mess because I've just been crying. I got a Diva award.
"This means the world. Thank you so much."
Adele's win was all the more special as she's been bravely battling bowel cancer for the past year.

She revealed she had been diagnosed with cancer in an Instagram post a month after discovering the disease.
Adele went under the knife last October to have part of her bowel removed, and started her chemotherapy treatment.
