The snap features Paul, 24, in the bath tub and covered in bubbles, suggesting that the pair are together again after a brief split.

The 27-year-old shot to fame when she and fellow models Lauren Summer and Kayla Lauren flashed Houston Astros pitcher Gerrit Cole at the 2019 World Series.
Rose used to be a bartender at American restaurant chain Hooters before getting her big break on an MTV reality show.
She got arrested for turning the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles into 'Hollyboob' and even found herself briefly banned from Instagram.
When speaking about his relationship with Rose, Paul said: "We are not married but I see that coming for sure.

"I got her a nice promise ring/engagement ring. I plan on proposing sometime soon but we'll see what happens.

Rose has almost 700k followers on Instagram since re-starting her account after her ban, whereas Paul has a staggering 17.3m followers.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer beat former UFC Welterweight champion Tyron Woodley by split decision in his fourth professional bout back in August.
Paul has silenced critics and earned fans since destroying fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib in January 2020 with a brutal TKO in the first round in his first professional fight.
He has won all four of his fights since and is now in talks to fight former Love Island star Tommy Fury.
Paul has claimed Fury was offered £1million for a potential fight, which Fury turned down.
The 'Problem Child' has 20.4 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and has garnered over seven billions views on his videos.
