Man Utd received NO offers for Paul Pogba with wantaway midfielder priced out of Real Madrid and Juventus transfers – The Sun

MANCHESTER UNITED midfielder Paul Pogba is set to stay at the club this summer with no clubs yet to make a bid for the World Cup winner.

The 26-year-old is reportedly keen to leave the Red Devils as he doesn't believe the side can win major honours under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

But according to the Guardian, he is braced for another season at Old Trafford with Real Madrid and Juventus yet to turn their interest into a concrete offer.

His valuation of £180million has put off potential suitors, with Los Blancos rating him between £100m-£120m.

Lazio ace Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been lined up as his possible replacement should he depart the Theatre of Dreams.

The ex-Old Lady ace is currently with the United squad in Australia, where he featured in the 2-0 pre-season friendly win against Perth Glory.

His backheel assist to Marcus Rashford left fans purring as they begged him to stay at the club.

In a desperate bid to keep him at United, Solskjaer could give Pogba the captain's armband – despite the player seeking for a move away.

The Norwegian said: "We've got quite a few possibilities there and when the season starts we'll announce it.

“Of course we'll have a good assessment, see how pre-season goes.

"But, as you saw, Ashley (Young) will wear it when he's playing until we decide on someone.”

Asked if Pogba was being considered, Solskjaer replied: “Yeah”.
