MANCHESTER UNITED will offer Sunderland starlet Logan Pye a FIVE YEAR deal to join them.
The deal will see England youth cap head to Old Trafford despite interest from Arsenal.
The left back, 16, is seen as a star of the future but has yet to feature for the Black Cats’ first team.
Yet a host of Premier League clubs have been alerted by his performance for the Under-18s.
He has made five appearances for the England Under 16s, receiving his first call-up at just 14 years of age.
The youngster has also featured on 13 occasions for the Under 18s Premier League, scoring one and assisting another.
And the Red Devils will offer versatile Pye a long-term commitment in order to seal the deal.
It appears Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to try and blood the team with fresh, young talent as a result of his side's injury concerns and poor form so far this season.
