ERLING HAALAND scored the first goal of the Bundesliga restart for Borussia Dortmund against Schalke.
The prolific frontman was no doubt one of the favourites to make the history books to be the first person to net after coronavirus suspended the season.
It was a deft finish that put his side 1-0 up, with Thorgan Hazard getting the assist.
It was Haaland's tenth goal in his last nine games for Dortmund, with football having been suspended for the last 66 days in Germany.
And he wheeled out a new 'social distance' celebration in the corner after firing his side ahead.
Delighted team-mates kept their distance as the 19-year-old Norwegian took the plaudits.
