CHELSEA fans have begged Maurizio Sarri to ditch Gonzalo Higuain after he fired ANOTHER blank against Liverpool.
The underachieving striker, 31, has scored just three goals in 13 games since he joined on loan from Juventus in January.
Higuain thrived under Sarri at Napoli when he scored 36 goals in 35 league games in the 2015/16 campaign.
But he has failed to find his form at Stamford Bridge and fans slated his performance against Jurgen Klopp's side.
He was introduced to replace Callum Hudson-Odoi in the second half, but yet again he struggled make an impact.
Fans have already run out of patience with Higuain and social media users have urged the club to send him back to Turin this summer.
One wrote on Twitter: "Can Sarri stop playing Higuain and make [Olivier] Giroud a regular?"
Another seething supporter added: "Even if we have a ban, not sure I can stomach another season of Gonzalo Higuain."
While one said: "Higuain just f*** off back to Italy please. You've done nothing for my club."
He has played 959 minutes this season for Sarri's side – which means he averages 319 minutes per goal.
The former Real Madrid forward could have the chance to redeem his reputation when his side take on Slavia Praha in the second leg.

Higuain is actually a very useless player, that old man needs to leave my club.
Even if we have a ban, not sure I can stomach another season of Gonzalo Higuain.
Chelsea must get rid of Jorginho and Higuain.
