Anthony Joshua heads off on ski holiday after Deontay Wilder blast over 'second-rate' opponents

Brit star AJ, 29, hit the slopes before relaxing in a cosy chalet as he shrugged off the Bronze Bomber's comments.

Joshua looked relaxed as he threw on his shades and jacket before enjoying the snow with pals.

After his day on the slopes, Joshua retreated to his chalet, complete with log fire and homely dinner table.

However, Joshua could be forgiven for his mind being elsewhere, after Wilder laid into the WBA, WBO and IBF champ after negotiations for a fight between the two broke down.

After his controversial draw with Tyson Fury, American Wilder said: “I haven’t even thought about Joshua and them. They’re getting what they deserve.

“They felt like they was the only one running this sport.

“Me and Fury came together to show the world what it looks like for the best to fight the best. Look at the outcome.

“They had their opportunity. It could’ve been me and Joshua that had that excitement going on, but their egos got the best of them.

“Let them continue to fight the second-tier fighters and hopefully one knocks him out."

Wilder continued: "I don’t care what they do. Don’t worry about coming out now, you was already in hiding.

“Now you wanna come out of hiding because nobody’s talking about you guys no more?

"Enough talking about them, I’m excited about Fury.”

Joshua is next expected to fight undisputed cruiserweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk at Wembley in April, according to Frank Warren.
