EVERTON boss Marco Silva has revealed his transfer stance over Kurt Zouma.

The centre-back spent last season on loan at Goodison Park and he was a key player.

Frank Lampard has made it clear he wants to keep hold of Zouma and Silva has now given his thoughts.

He said: “Of course, one of the most important things for me, since we finished the season, is to keep our level.

“It is very, very good for us that we could do that with Andre [Gomes] and our most important players until now, because it was not just Andre and Kurt.

“The most important players in our squad are still here at our club, the 15 or 16 players who played the most are still here until this moment, other than Kurt.”

“When you talk about mentality, it's not only the players. The club has to have the same mentality of the players.

“We have to have the same mentality, and the mentality of Arsenal, we always had to have winning in front of us. That's football. That's the real world.”
