The 'world's hottest gran' – Gina Stewart – has shared her top tips for staying happy.
The 51-year-old, who often wows with her age-defying looks, shares her health and wellbeing hacks over on her @ginastewarthealth Instagram account.
And her latest post was all about keeping a smile on your face.
Gina, from Australia, told her followers that they should do what makes their "soul happy".
For her, this includes taking time for herself and re-focusing.
She wrote: "There is nothing better after all the stresses in life than to do something you love. For me it’s relaxing near the water, plenty of rest and relaxation, mindfulness and enjoyable healthy food."
She also shared a number of suggestions with fans on how they can stay happy.
These were:
- Express your needs
- Question your guilt
- Learn how to say no
- Block out me-time each week
- Set boundaries at work
- Implement an exercise routine
- Take a solo lunch break
- Make a date with yourself
- Do something that makes your soul happy, e.g. Day at the beach, pool, meditation or a coffee
To document her post, Gina shared some sizzling snaps of herself to document her happiness.
This saw the blonde glowing as she showed off her curves in a teeny bikini top and plunging swimsuit.
Fans were loving the tips, as one exclaimed: "Wise words," while another told her: "Great advice."
The post comes after Gina previously stripped naked in the tub as she shared the health benefits of taking a bath.
