The ebullient Ainsley Harriott continues his tour of Australian farmers' markets with a visit to the Foragers Market in Wollongong, which he rather adorably pronounces "Wool-On-Gong". The chef believes that these markets are "where the magic happens" and his enthusiasm is infectious. Each episode, Harriott sets up a stall and cooks three dishes from produce sourced at the market, while also visiting some of the stallholders at the places where they produce their goods. Here, the starring ingredients are honey, mushrooms and aubergines, although watermelon, sourdough and tomato relish also play key roles.
