The property, dubbed Tailings, was built into the rocks above St Austell Bay in Cornwall and has incredible panoramic sea views, hidden away to ensure absolute privacy.

The cliff, overlooking the fishing village of Mevagissey was originally part of the Harbour Lights Hotel site.
In the early 2000s the hotel was knocked down and replaced with a smart development of flats. Some of the hotel land was used to build three new homes, including Tailings.
Initially the developer decided to keep Tailings for himself before it was acquired by the current owners about seven years ago.
