Stacey Dooley alarms fans after sharing update on home she shares with Kevin Clifton

Stacey Dooley has alarmed fans after sharing a snap of her flooring at the beautiful London home she shares with boyfriend Kevin Clifton.

The 34 year old TV presenter, who recently shared a glimpse inside her Sweden getaway as she and former Strictly Come Dancing star Kevin sparked engagement rumours, took to Instagram to share a look inside her living area with her 995,000 Instagram followers.

Stacey shared a snap of the unfinished floorboards which had insulation underneath along with tools and spare planks of wood scattered across the room.

Captioning the snap, Stacey appeared to be stressed over the state of the room, as she penned: "FINE FINE FINE FINE THANKS."

However her followers took to the comments to share their concern over the floorboards while others offered words of encouragement.

One penned: "This is NOT how you lay flooring."

Meanwhile another added: "It’ll be lovely when it’s done. It’ll be lovely when it’s done … keep repeating."

A third joked: "Cover it with a rug. No one will notice."

The open-plan living and dining room area also features a stunning traditional fireplace in the centre of the room which is decorated with a collection of candlesticks.

It comes after the couple, who met when they were paired on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, have shared their home renovations on Instagram.

Stacey previously described her boyfriend as 'Kev Titchmarsh' following his love for the outdoor area while she concentrates on the interior.

The master bedroom is a calming and relaxed space and is filled with tones of white and cream with the presenter opting for a marble-effect paint to add texture to the room which matches perfectly with their plush cream carpet and sheepskin rugs.

Kevin was paired with Stacey on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, which the pair went on to win, before revealing they were dating in April 2019.

Their romance was so strong that Kevin moved into Stacey's flat before the pair purchased their very own West London house together.
