The 2022 red carpet season came to a close on Sunday 27 March as Hollywood A-Listers took to the red carpet at one of the most anticipated events of the year at the 2022 Academy Awards, most commonly known at the Oscars.
Whilst we applauded the winners and nominees for their triumphs, of course it was mostly about the incredible fashion by those attending.
With red and black colours sweeping the carpet, many ticked all of the right boxes and landed themselves on the best dressed list for the ceremony. From Jada Pinkett Smith’s emerald green gown, to Zendaya’s dazzling silver sequin skirt and Ariana DeBose’s fierce red trouser look, it was an evening of poise, opulence and even tradition-breaking outfits.

Winner for the Best Actress award for her role in The Eyes of Tammy Faye, Jessica Chastain oozed Hollywood glamour in an ombré sequin gown.
