Going from “Sicko Mode” to damage-control mode, Travis Scott shut down accusations he cheated on Kylie Jenner, his girlfriend and the mother of his child. To do that, the Houston-bred rapper took his side of the story to Instagram Stories Monday night.
“Trolls always wanna create some fake (expletive) to destroy real love,” Scott, 26, wrote. “GOING OVER BOARD TO MAKE (expletive) LOOK LIKE (it’s) NOT IS EVIL.
“I hate acknowledging (expletive),” he continued, “But quit (trying) to take joy from (expletive) that’s good.”
Scott said he prayed for God to block “all evil” and told his more than 13 million followers that he was going “BACK TO CELEBRATING !!!!”
Earlier in the day, Scott shared that his track “Sicko Mode” topped Billboard Hot 100 (his first No. 1 on the list) and its album, “Astroworld,” topped Billboard 200.
“IM TRULY LOST FOR WORDS. AND HONESTLY OWE IT ALL (to) THE FANS,” Scott wrote. “THIS JOURNEY HAS BEEN VERY DEEP AND TOOK ALOT.”
