On Tuesday 13 July, Emma Bunton revealed that she and long-term beau Jade Jones tied the knot in a secret ceremony at Soho Farmhouse.

The happy couple who have been together for over 20 years got engaged back in 2011 and of course the wedding pictures look just as gorgeous as expected – but then did you really expect anything else from a Spice Girl?

The 45-year-old broke away from traditional wedding day attire and opted for a white mini Miu Miu dress which came with long mesh sleeves and even had a cape for an added bit of drama.

Jade, 42, followed in the blonde's footsteps as she sported a smart Gucci blazer which was paired with a black t-shirt and cream trousers.

Emma took to her Instagram last week to share the beautiful picture from the special day with the caption: "Mr and Mrs Jones", which saw fellow band mates Victoria Beckham comment with: "Congratulations love u both so much!! X", whilst Mel C followed with: "Yeahhhhhh! Congratulations love you all sooooooo much."

The 2 become 1 songstress wore her blonde locks in her signature loose waves and wore a stunning flower crown to perfectly match her bouquet.

The Spice Girl isn't the first celebrity to break wedding traditions, so we thought to take a trip down memory lane at some of the other ladies who have paved the way.

Gwen Stefani

Singer Gwen Stefani has always been a force in fashion throughout her long career, so naturally she wasn't going to opt for an expected look on her wedding days.

For her first wedding to British musician Gavin Rossdale, the stylish blonde embraced the usual gown aesthetic but put her own quirky spin on the Christian Dior dress by having it dip-dyed in magenta pink dye.

Whilst this isn't something we're used to seeing, it's definitely become an iconic celebrity wedding gown.

Laura Whitmore

Laura welcomed in 2021 by posting this amazing picture from her wedding and we can’t get over how amazing she looked.

Looking full of joy, Laura opted for a crisp white suit from bespoke designer Joshua Kane who specialises in modern tailored suits.

The chic outfit was finished off with a Simone Rocha headband and a brilliant pair of Jimmy Choo chunky heels.

Christine Quinn

Our first lady is none other than the sass queen that is Christine Quinn from Netflix’s hit show Selling Sunset.

Wanting to stand out, the beautiful blonde chose to wear a black, gothic inspired gown by Israeli bridal designer Galia Lahav.

There was so much detail in the dress that we were left speechless when we saw Christine share the photos from the magical day.

Millie Mackintosh

Another gorgeous lady which didn’t stick to the traditions on her big day was Made In Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh.

At the official ceremony of her wedding to Hugo Taylor in 2018, the television personality broke the rules and wore a white suit by Les Heroines.

The outfit was finished off with a matching hat and a bright bouquet to inject some colour.

Emily Ratajkowski

One bride who not only wore a suit for their wedding but also went against wearing white is supermodel Emily Ratajkowski.

The stunning brunette kept it cool and laid back at her courthouse wedding in 2018 by wearing a £120 mustard suit from high street brand Zara.

Following in his wife’s footsteps, Emily’s husband Sebastian Bear-McClard also kept it on the casual side with his suit.

Solange Knowles

To round up our fabulous brides, we had to end on the ever so glam Solange Knowles.

Being the sister of singer Beyonce, you’d think she would have gone full glam, but no.

The singer looked absolutely perfect in an ivory jumpsuit by Stéphane Rolland.

So if you’re looking for something different for your big day then these ladies will definitely serve as some stylish inspiration.
