Lady Kitty Spencer was a vision of elegance at Dolce & Gabbana’s star-studded Alta Mode fashion show in Venice last weekend. The British socialite was one of many famous faces to grace the four-day event with Emma Weymouth, Marchioness of Bath also pictured in attendance. Having opted for a figure-hugging strapless pink dress with intricate sequin embroidery, accompanied by heavy jewellery on her neck and ears for a previous evening, Princess Diana’s niece chose a white beaded dress for the Alta Mode event and posted several snaps to her social media profiles.

Lady Kitty had been invited by the Italian fashion house – whom she is also the global ambassador for – to celebrate their new high fashion jewellery collection, also known as Alta Gioielleria.

The brand was showcasing its Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, Alta Gioielleria, and Alta Orologeria collections over four days and Lady Kitty Spencer was privy to the launch.

The four-day celebration was situated at Palazzo Ducale, a 14th-century Gothic palace that is one of Venice’s most famous landmarks.

Explaining the choice of venue, D&G said: “Palazzo Ducale is the epitome of Venetian art and cultural life and represents one of the highest symbols of ‘La Serenissima’s’ rich history, which for centuries has enchanted the imagination of visitors wherever they look.

“This shrine to Italian excellence and cherished symbol of craftsmanship is today the setting for the presentation of the #DGAltaGioielleria creations.”

The newlywed, who wore no less than five D&G creations for her wedding at the end of last month, was invited alongside Dame Helen Mirren, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Lopez and Kris Jenner to name a few celebrities invited.

Lady Kitty posted three images on a carousel of her outfit and told her 750,000 Instagram followers: “The most beautiful Alta Moda dress embroidered with coral, crystals and pearls.”

The dress itself has an off-square neckline with baggy shoulders and a defined waistband.

With a straight skirt, the length reached just over her knees and had a small slit up the back.

The beads had been sewn in a flower arrangement on the body and for the trim, bigger jewels and diamond-shaped drops had been chosen along with a beaded tassel to finish it off.

To complete the look, Lady Kitty had chosen a pair of silver strappy platform heels, a small box handbag – presumably D&G as it had similar jewel detail adoring it.

She kept her makeup simple with a dewy face, but a statement dark smokey eye and a nude lip.

Her hair had been gently curled and was in a middle parting but pushed back behind her ears to reveal star diamond studs with a red jewel hanging on them.

One commented on the post: “Absolute perfection.”

“Wow. Kitty. Simply Stunning,” someone else mentioned.

“Beautiful Kitty,” a third mentioned.

Lady Kitty’s new husband, Michael Lewis, 62, was absent from the event, despite the couple currently staying in Italy for their honeymoon for more than a month.

Only three days ago, Lady Kitty Spencer was in Milan with her younger brother Samuel Aitken.

She posted on her Instagram: “Together in Milan. Love my brother,” with several heart emojis.
