STACEY Solomon has excitedly showed fans a fluffy rug from Dunelm that she claims has now “changed her life”.
The Loose Women star, 30, smiled as she carried the large peach-coloured rug to her dressing room to see if it would cover the stained carpet.
Mum-of-three Stacey told her 2.8million Instagram followers: “I’m going to finally see if what I’ve been thinking about all day is going to work.
“Basically the carpet in my dressing room is not looking its best, and I’m going to see if this rug from downstairs.”
She shared a photo of the old dressing room, which featured a large stain on the cream floor.
Essex-based Stacey wrote: “I’ve tried everyone on these stains, even a deep clean, they are here to stay.”
Thankfully the rug fit the room perfectly, and Stacey was overjoyed as she lay down on the floor.
Captioning the snap: “I might cry”, she added on Instagram: “I don’t know why this makes me so happy but it does.
“It doesn’t go all the way to the back but no one will see that bit. It’s so much better.
“I feel like I’ve won the fight against getting a new carpet. This is old from downstairs, £49 sale in the Dunelm sale and it feels like a brand new floor.
“I bloody love rugs. Rugs for life. A rug changed my life tonight.”

Stacey is fast becoming a guru for house hacks and storage solutions, and recently showed fans how she keeps her utensils tidy.
Stacey and boyfriend Joe Swash moved into their home with her sons, 11-year-old Zachary and Leighton, seven, in 2018.
The TV favourite was pregnant at the time, with the pair welcoming baby Rex in March last year.
Some fans reckon that Stacey's newfound appreciation for home hacks that she shares online comes from being pals with cleaning influencer Mrs Hinch.
Even their homes look the same, with the pair often showing off their spotless grey and white kitchens, bedrooms – and the same cot.
However, despite having a similar audience of tidying enthusiasts, the pair are firm friends with Stacey saying they were "meant to be" pals.
