SCOTLAND's first ever wellness festival is taking place this weekend – with everything from skincare tips to yoga classes, and free goodie bags.
Feel Good Fest will be held this Sunday, September 3, at the plush Crossbasket Castle, near Glasgow.
The event, organised by influencer agency Aquarius Creative, will bring together wellness brands, health experts and Scotland's largest influencers – mixed with good vibes and clean foods.
Guests in need of some TLC can enjoy a 30-minute yoga class, journalling workshops and a candle decorating session.
A resilience workshop will also be held to help you “deal with curveballs life throws at you”.
And there's even a masterclass to learn how to make the perfect cup of Matcha tea, which is packed full of antioxidants.
