I bought an extra freezer from Facebook marketplace for £40 and turned it into hidden storage for our kitchen | The Sun

A SAVVY decorator has shared how she transformed her freezer into extra storage space for her kitchen.

The DIY fan said she nabbed her extra freezer online and used some bargain buys that you can find in B&M to decorate it.

Tahnee who goes by @christmasprepper online revealed she needed an extra freezer to store food from her allotment.

She said in a TikTok video: “We have a normal size freezer plus this.”

Tahnee revealed she purchased the standard freezer on Facebook for £40.

She said: “We have an allotment so bought a half size deep freeze of FB marketplace for £40 a couple of years ago.”

However the white chest freezer was bland and didn’t fit in with her kitchen decor.

So Tahnee found a cheap and effective way to decorate it.

Tahnee first decorated her freezer lid so she would have extra storage space.

She used peel and stick vinyl wrap with a wood effect so her freezer could match her other countertops.
