There are many videos of a young Joshua Bassett coming back around on the internet!
The now 22-year-old High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star started out doing musicals when he was younger at a community theater.
His old stomping grounds, Ovation Theatre, which is in Encinitas, Calif., close to where he grew up in Oceanside, shared a video over the weekend of Joshua in a production of Peter Pan, playing the title role!

In the clip, which is from 2014, we see Joshua as Peter seeing his shadow on the wall and interacting with Wendy before breaking into the musical number “I’ve Gotta Crow.”
Fans took to the comments to praise the young actor.
“he’s so peter pan he ate that up,” one person said, while another commented, “And he ate up every minute of that performance.”
With the video starting to go viral, there are other videos being dug up of Joshua in that same show, as well as rehearsal videos from other shows he did, such as Into the Woods.
